Pioneer Double Effect Evaporator
Evaporators are useful to separate water from waste water streams. Evaporators use heat energy from electricity or steam and the whole system with less energy usages and effective evaporations resulted with low operation cost.
The double effect evaporators are cost effective in operation where the heat energy balanced from first stage heat exchanger with evaporator will be use for heating in second exchanger with evaporator. Also heat energy balanced from second stage heat exchanger will be used for preheating for incoming waste water streams so that total amount of steam usages in the whole system will be far less than single stage evaporator.
Waste water with dissolved solids and some weak acids like hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid are able to recover by the double effect evaporator.The system can be designed and constructed to the customers’ requirement upon request.
Pioneer Dissolved Air Flotation System
This advanced system is designed specifically for the removal of high quantities of oil and TSS in influents. The pipe flocculator allows each chemical to be added separately with accurate mixing energy and mixing time so that each chemical works at its maximum effectiveness.
- The micro air bubbles are built into the formed of flocs themselves in the pipe flocculator to achieve excellent flocculation results. Laminar flow through the flotation unit which assures maximum removal efficiency. The flotation unit is equipped with a lamella plate pack which increases the separation area thus ensuring that even the smallest flocs are removed from the wastewater.
- Based on the unique technical features, the system can remove ninety percent (90%) of the oil and suspended solids so as to guarantee oil contents at effluent of DAF units are less than 10 mg/L and TSS less than 15 mg/L in most of the application cases.
- Compact DAF units are built on skids which require minimum foot print area.

Pioneer Centrifugal Decanter
The solid and liquid separation takes place inside a conical-cylindrical revolving bowl. The heavier solid phase is deposited on the internal walls of the bowl, being constantly scraped off and expelled through the orifices located at the end of the conical section.
The liquid phase is collected from the other end of the bowl.
